Patrons with Special Needs
When speaking with the Box Office Clerk at 906-337-2610,
please mention the need for special seating arrangements.

Reservations
All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held.
Phone orders must be charged to a credit card before tickets will be mailed or held for pick up.

Refunds & Exchanges
There are no refunds or exchanges on ticket purchases. If a performance is cancelled,
arrangements will be made to refund all ticket holders.

Historic Preservation Fee
Beginning March 1, 2010 ticket prices will include a Historic Preservation Fee (HPF).

This fee will assist in supporting the historic integrity of the Calumet Theatre.
Historic integrity refers to all aspects of necessary maintenance and other items deemed necessary to preserve
or enhance the historic presence of the Calumet Theatre. 

The fee will be based on the ticket base price as follows: 
Ticket base price:  $1.00 to $15.00 will have an additional $.50 HPF
Ticket base price:  $16 and over will have an additional $1.50 HPF
Tickets for movies, Club Indigo, and high school productions will be exempt from this fee.
