OPERATIONS MANAGER
Description:
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all aspects of the Theatre. This includes management of the Box Office, Administrative Assistant to the Executive Director, specific accounting tasks, maintenance of files, technical/computer support of all departments, timely email correspondence, and general management of Theatre operations. Familiarity with Quickbooks, Microsoft Office, people skills, and the availability to work on event nights is necessary. This is a salaried position commensurate with experience.

BOX OFFICE CLERK
Description:
The Box Office Clerk is responsible for greeting patrons (in person, by phone, or by e-mail) and providing Theatre services in a courteous manner. Services include, but are not limited to: sales – tickets, tours, merchandise; directing patrons to appropriate persons or areas; provide general knowledge of Theatre events and of the community. This is a part-time hourly position commensurate with experience.
