REFUND POLICY
Refunds & Exchanges:
There are no refunds or exchanges
on ticket purchases.
If a performance is cancelled,
Arrangements will be made to
refund all ticket holders.
Reservations:
All ticket orders must be paid in full at the time the seats are held.
Phone and online orders must be charged to a
credit/debit card before tickets will be *mailed
or held for pick up.
*Please call the box office if you would prefer the Tickets be mailed to you.
Historic Preservation Fee:
This fee assists in supporting the historic integrity of the Calumet Theatre. Historic integrity refers to all aspects of necessary maintenance, enhancements to guided and self-guided tours, archival supplies and other items deemed necessary to preserve or enhance the historic presence of the Theatre. The fee is based on the ticket base price (general public ticket price). A ticket base price of $6 to $15 has an additional 50¢ HPF. A ticket base price of $16 and over has a HPF of $1.50. Not applicable to Club Indigo and high school performances or as agreed by contract
